Update 2.8.23 doesn't save the last current environment

Hello, to better identify and resolve this issue, please provide the following information:
- Store file information
Please provide your local storage file data-storage-Common.json, which contains the application's state-saving data:
File path:
- Windows: %APPDATA%\Apidog\data-storage-Common.json
- macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Apidog/data-storage-Common.json
- Problem reproduction screen recording (optional)
If convenient, please provide a short screen recording (approximately 30-60 seconds) demonstrating the following steps:
Ⅰ. Open Apidog and select an environment.
Ⅱ. Open some endpoints
Ⅲ. Close the Application
Ⅳ. Reopen the application to demonstrate the loss of environment/page state.

Please provide both:
- Operating System Version: such as Windows 11, macOS 14, etc.
- Frequency of occurrence: occurs every time upon restart / occurs occasionally / occurs only in specific projects
- Does it only occur in specific projects? If only specific projects have issues, please provide the project ID.
