Flaky tests caused by overlapping steps (Read ETIMEDOUT)

The next step in the test scenario starts before the previous one has finished, which causes the test to fail. This happens randomly at different steps and in different test scenario runs. Additionally, at this step I get a request exception: Read ETIMEDOUT, even though the timeout setting is set to 0. Could you check?
